电子制造服务包括
物料处理
物料的可追溯性会从来料登记开始，每次的收货数据都会被记录在拥有唯一标识的标签上。
每个包裹都会收到一个拥有唯一标识的的标签，该标识将自动分配给我们的物料处理自动化系统。
当收到工单需要拣选物料时，我们会按照包裹上的标签进行拣选。材料处理自动化系统会指导员工从动态、自动化的仓库位置拣选和验证正确的包裹。
PCBA制造
根据客户需求，我们提供从SMT、THT、波峰焊和喷涂等各种先进PCBA制造工艺。
凭借我们先进的生产设备，我们能够满足客户当前和未来的产品设计和产能需求。
PCBA测试
Scanfil的测试服务涵盖了广泛的客户需求，从小批量和原型打样的飞针测试到大批量的在线测试，从基于Scanfil自身拥有的功能测试到完全定制的测试方案。
模块组装
在模块组装中，我们将一个或多个PCBA集成到具有复杂机械结构和不同工艺材料的模块中。
我们正在使用协作机器人协助员工完成简单的、重复性任务，例如粘合、插件，甚至测试处理。
物料和工艺的可追溯性
我们的MES系统会对每个产品的材料和工艺进行完全追溯。
这意味着我们能够将使用的原材料、加工材料、工艺阶段和工艺参数记录到单个产品的唯一标识码中。
